The Paracas group began the gastronomic adventure in 2010, creating La Croissanteria in the city of Ica. A project whose success will position the brand as the reference coffee in the area, growing rapidly to reach 5 branches in this city.
The experience we obtained after our foray into the world of restaurants and our love for Paracas, its wind, its sea and its flavors, encouraged us to add a first-class seafood restaurant to our Culturides (Cultural Entertainment) project. This is how Paracas Restaurant was born in 2013.
