How to put together our love for the sea and its faithful companion... the paracas wind, who speaks to us like nowhere else. We are the freshness of the sea breeze with the harmonious views of the bay and the reserve. We are the palate of our delicious Scallops; delight of this sea. Yes, that's what we are, the perfect fusion of the coastal valleys with the sea and its exquisite flavors.

SIGNATURE STARTERS

PARACAS TEQUEÑOS

Creation of the house, wantan dough stuffed with SCALLOPSand fresh cheese with acevichada sauce. Winner of the official contest Peru Mucho Gusto 2015.

RESERVATION SCALLOPS

House specialty, scallops sautéed in pisco and butter, bathed in non-spicy chili sauce, milk cream and gratin with Edam cheese.

PANCO CEBICHE

Chef's creation, diced fish marinated in lemon, deep fried coated in Japanese breadcrumbs (panco) served as regular cebiche with chili onions, cilantro, garlic and pepper

SPAGHETTI TENDERLOIN

Non spici yellow chily spaghetti accompanied by salted tenderloin cubes with onions, tomatoes and garlic, with oriental sauce, coriander, pisco, paprika and yellow chili.

LIMA BEANS HUMUS WITH YUCCA

Lima Beans cream with sesame oil and milk cream, topped with olive oil and chili pepper powder, accompanied with fried yuccas to be deliciously spread.
